Do you deliver?: Yes. We deliver from all 20 Rio kitchens across Texas and Illinois during posted delivery hours.
Where do you deliver?: Enter your ZIP code on the home page and we'll match you to the nearest kitchen and its delivery zone.
How long does delivery take?: Most orders arrive in 25–40 minutes depending on distance and kitchen volume.
Can I schedule an order?: Yes — choose Schedule for Later at checkout and pick any time within the next 7 days.
Can I customize tacos?: Absolutely. Use Build Your Own Tacos to pick quantity, tortilla, protein, toppings and salsa.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?: Yes. Filter the menu by Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten-Free to see everything that qualifies.
Do you offer catering?: We cater from 10 to 500 guests with taco, burrito, fajita and bowl bars. Request catering online.
How does the rewards program work?: Rio Rewards gives 1 point per $1 spent, redeemable for free drinks, sides, tacos, burritos and meals.
What payment methods are accepted?: Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, gift cards and store credit via Stripe. We never store raw card data.
